Shipping Information

  • Order processing time can vary based on demand and we are making every effort to reduce processing time. Currently, order processing times are estimated within 2-4 business days.
  • Due to the often in-demand products, shipping delays may occur. We will do our best to contact you regarding your shipment as soon as possible with an updated timeline.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail which linked to your purchase. International orders normally take 2-4 weeks to arrive after being shipped. Occasionally, international orders are delayed in customs causing arrival time to increase to 8 weeks for delivery.
  • All international shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Refunds will not be provided where your failure to pay such fees results in the product not being delivered.
  • If you do not receive your package after 8 weeks, please Contact Us and you can ask for a full refund. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your tracking info to update after you receive it.
  • Processing time refers to business days and does not include weekends or public holidays. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
