Once you have received your delivery, please inspect the product(s) and inform us within 3 days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product. All returned goods must be accompanied by a note of your details and Invoice Slip. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item to us will not be refunded. Babieshark is not responsible for additional custom fees.
